Just me, with another update to share with you folks. So, let us start then, yes?
First and foremost, I have been paying attention to the polls I posted last Friday. Not many votes have been passed yet, but that is okay, I have been gone for a while after all. So far, however, this blog appears to be the main choice on the first poll, which means that, at least for now, this blog will be the main medium I focus on.
For myself, this means that I will be keeping more consistency here, which is represented by a schedule in my agenda. I will be posting every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from now on! So you can expect more frequent updates here on my thought process, as well as some bits here and there on other subjects.
That takes me to the next poll, the one about Patreon. I so far got two votes, both voting in favour of me creating a Patreon account. While I am not opposed to the idea, I think that it would be more fair if I gave it a while longer, to see if more votes turn up. That being said, I will check in again on the second poll this Friday, when I find myself back home in the Netherlands!
So, there is one more thing to talk about: Commaful! For those of you who are not in the loop (I certainly was not), Commaful is a platform for both writers and readers, to write, read and share flash fiction. The platform excels primarily in short, bitesize tales. For those of you who follow me on Instagram, it might not come as a shock that I have begun posting short stories from the Evermore universe on there, in an attempt to regain some of my online presence. I have so far gotten some very nice positive feedback, with that dopamine boost being part of the reason that I choose to continue posting there.
So, if you are looking for more short stories to read, feel free to check out my account on Commaful, which I will link down below, where I will be posting close to every day.
One last thing! One of the major features of Patreon is, of course, the system that allows me to set apart certain rewards for donations, depending on the amount of money that is passed along to me. Now, I am still very much on the fence, but just in case this does end up being something I do, feel free to leave suggestions for different levels/offers down below, I would be very pleased to hear from you all!
